Ask about a review
#This page is for people who already have something to show: a blueprint, a flow, screenshots, support evidence, or a service problem that is still hard to name clearly. The aim is not to write a polished brief. It is to make the current question clear enough to assess whether a bounded review is the right next step.
If you are working through a service blueprint and want a second reading, I am open to consultancy in this area. There is also a free GPT built on the same logic as this plugin, which you can try here: Service Blueprint Reviewer.
Who should get in touch
- Someone with a blueprint, journey, or flow that feels hard to diagnose clearly.
- A team dealing with recurring friction that is still being described too loosely.
- Someone with existing material who wants a tighter reading before moving further.
What to send
- A service blueprint, journey map, or flow if one already exists.
- Screenshots or a short description of the service situation.
- Any support, operational, or behavioural material already available.
- The current interpretation, if one is already in circulation.
- The main question or uncertainty you want the review to help clarify.
What happens next
- I review the material and assess whether Blueprint Grammar is a good fit for the question at hand.
- If it is, I propose the next step for a bounded review.
- If it is not, I say so rather than force the method where it does not belong.
Use the contact page to send the material and your main question.
